Inclusive Consulting Services was built by people who care deeply about both quality care and the community it serves.
Jessica and Christina bring years of experience in behavioral health, education, and family-centered support—and a shared belief that services should be compassionate, practical, and respectful. They have spent their careers working directly with individuals and families, listening closely to what works, what doesn’t, and what’s missing from traditional systems.
Together, they founded ICS to create a place where support feels collaborative rather than clinical, where neurodiversity is honored, and where families are true partners in the process. Their work is grounded in evidence-based practice, but guided by empathy, curiosity, and real-world understanding.
Jessica and Christina are deeply invested in the local community—supporting families, partnering with schools and providers, and advocating for thoughtful, inclusive care across Arizona. ICS reflects not only their professional experience, but their shared commitment to building something better for the people they serve.

Jessica Belokas, BCBA, LBA, CDE, is the founder of Inclusive Consulting Services, a practice rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to equity. With over 20 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Jessica brings a thoughtful and person-centered approach to supporting autistic individuals and others with developmental differences across the lifespan.
As a board-certified and licensed behavior analyst, as well as a certified diversity executive, Jessica’s work bridges the science of behavior analysis with culturally responsive care. Her professional journey has spanned direct service, organizational consulting, and systems-level advocacy, focused on creating meaningful, affirming experiences for clients, families, and professionals.
She believes that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported, and that real change happens when services are built on collaboration, dignity, and respect.
Inclusive Consulting Services was founded to reflect these values. Whether working with families, schools, or organizations, Jessica and her team are committed to building environments where neurodiversity is celebrated, equity is a priority, and behavioral supports are both ethical and effective.

Christina Ricciardelli is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental differences. As the founder of Inclusive Consulting Services, Christina is committed to delivering person-centered care that honors the unique needs and strengths of each individual and their family.
Throughout her career, Christina has held a variety of roles across a variety of clinical settings, allowing her to bolster a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and its application in diverse environments. She is passionate about mentoring and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and aspiring Behavior Analysts, with a particular focus on promoting compassionate, ethical, and inclusive practices.
Christina firmly believes that families are the true experts in their children’s lives. She is dedicated to building collaborative partnerships that empower families and create meaningful, lasting change. With dignity, respect, and inclusion at the center of her work, Christina strives to foster environments where every client, family, and team member feels valued and supported.
Inclusive Consulting Services was started because too many families were being asked to fit into systems that didn’t fit them.
We saw children, teens, and adults receiving services that focused on compliance instead of understanding, hours instead of quality, and programs that worked on paper, but not in real life.
ICS was created to do things differently. We believe support should be respectful, individualized, and built around the person—not the diagnosis. Our goal is to help individuals develop meaningful skills that support independence, emotional well-being, and connection, while partnering closely with families every step of the way.
